We are hiring for a part-time Property Support Specialist

Flint & Flowers, a luxury camping and retreat destination, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual for a part-time role to help ensure smooth operations at our property.

Role Overview

​

  • Work 8 hours every Wednesday and remain on-call during weekends as needed.

  • Perform general maintenance checks (e.g., ensure gate batteries are working).

  • Restock supplies for rooms to prepare for housekeeping.

  • No cleaning or landscaping required.

Requirements

​

  • Must live locally and have reliable transportation.

  • Valid driver’s license and Social Security Number required (for background check).

  • Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently.

​

Compensation: $20/hour
